Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is nestled in a quiet street, just a block away from the waterfront, offering convenience to various restaurants and shopping spots. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with all necessary amenities, making for a comfortable stay. The service was welcoming and professional, although some aspects were not as attentive. The dining experience was excellent, with a wide selection of delicious dishes. However, there are mixed feelings about the reception from some staff members. Overall, a decent value for money choice with a delightful breakfast selection.
The hotel had both a bath and a shower, a bidet, and excellent bathroom lighting with a makeup mirror in the rooms, with good facilities but lacking a view. The service could have been better in handling issues and the basic breakfast did not include fresh juice without an additional cost. The location is excellent for exploring the Chiaia area on foot, although being on the ground floor felt claustrophobic without a view. The dining offered a fantastic continental selection of meats, cheese, bread, and yogurt, and the facilities were well-equipped.
I felt like I struck gold with this hotel! The room I stayed in was large, luxurious, and incredibly clean. The bathroom was so modern with a marble sink and floor - simply stunning. The only downside was that the service was a bit slow, but the staff who picked me up were super nice and accommodating. The location was superb, right in the heart of the Chiaia district, the best area in Naples by far. I could walk to almost everything, from great shops to fantastic restaurants, and even some of the famous Caravaggios in Naples. The narrow street added charm but could be a bit tricky to navigate. The dining was good, although it could have been better, especially with the outstanding pastries Naples is known for. Overall, a wonderful stay despite a few minor hiccups.
The hotel is ideally located in the designer shop area and offers a nice and clean room. The staff is extremely friendly, which enhances the stay. However, there are disturbances from street noise affecting the room's tranquility.
The hotel is centrally located in Naples city center, surrounded by great bars, shops, and restaurants. The rooms, although not smoke-free, are clean, comfortable, with spacious bedroom areas. The service was highly professional and instantly responsive, arranging taxi services and providing extra blankets. The dining options, while basic, had a good selection of items but remained consistent over the stay. Overall, a convenient location with some noise disturbances and limited dining variety.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was superb with great shopping areas and restaurants within walking distance. However, the dining options could have been more varied, and being on the ground floor without a view felt a bit cramped. Overall, a wonderful experience!
